Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the FastMath mobile application (the "App") operated by MFA Labs ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using FastMath, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
FastMath is an educational utility application designed to help users scan, extract, and understand math problems through automated recognition and Artificial Intelligence (AI) assistance. The App provides full-page question detection, step-by-step math problem solving, conversational AI follow-ups, and PDF export functionality.
Educational Nature: FastMath is intended solely as an educational study aid and learning companion. While we strive for high mathematical accuracy, AI-generated solutions and text explanations may occasionally contain errors or approximations.
Third-Party AI Processing: Problem-solving features utilize third-party AI technology (including the Google Gemini API). By submitting images or text for analysis, you acknowledge that content is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
No Academic Misconduct: You agree not to use FastMath in violation of academic integrity policies, test regulations, or institutional codes of conduct.
FastMath offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time purchases.
Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Account Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your auto-renewing subscriptions at any time via your Apple Device Settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).
Refunds: All billing and refund requests are handled directly by Apple under Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Acceptable Use: You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or redistribute any portion of the App or its backend services.
Ownership: All interface designs, graphics, branding, algorithms, and source code associated with FastMath remain the exclusive property of MFA Labs.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FastMath and MFA Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or academic grading discrepancies arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
These Terms incorporate by reference Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple’s EULA, these Terms shall govern.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
